Returns and refunds

If something is not right for the room, send it back within 30 days of delivery.

The short version

• 30 days from delivery to start a return.
• Items must be unused and in the original packaging.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 working days of the return reaching us.

How to start one

Email orders@teacheronline.store with your order number and what you would like to return. We will send a return address and instructions. Please do not send anything back before you hear from us – unannounced returns are hard to match to an order.

Faulty or wrong items

If we sent the wrong thing, or it arrived damaged, we cover return shipping and send a replacement or a full refund – your choice. Tell us within 14 days of delivery.

What we cannot take back

Opened consumables, personalized items and anything that has been used in a classroom cannot be resold, so we cannot accept them unless they are faulty.
